college friends who graduated at Central Luzon State University. The company
name was after a corner called, “Red Corner” wherein many students often
hangout. It was in this place that the college friends first met and in this place
also, they build their dreams to become an Event Manager.
The company already succeeded in big events such as Acquaintance
Party of CLSU-CBAA students, Graduation Ball, Retreat and Recreational of
the Faculty and Staff of Holy Angel University of Pampanga, Debut of many
known personalities, one of them is Julia Montes who celebrated her decade
and an eight last 2013.
Aside from the history of its name, “red" also connotes “love.” We, as

This contract services enteres into by and between, Red Corner Events, 143 Bldg. Heart
St. Quirino District, Talugtug, Nueva Ecija, +639174803528. cecilleramos@redcornerph.com,
and Ms. Yna Ramos, Talugtug, Nueva Ecija, +639174558891.
WITNESSETH:
This contract is made effective as of November 19, 2020, by and between Red Corner
Events and Ms. Yna Ramos. The contract services are an agreement of distribution of services
and compensation for the upcoming 18th birthday, held on March 19, 2021.
PAYMENT
Red Corner Events is responsible for everything in the event. This includes planning, making
the appropriate reservation, organizing, handling logistics, and executing the program.
1.1 As an event company, the clients agree to pay the total amount of P300,000 to us.
A non-refundable deposit of 50% P150,000 will be made as an initial deposit and will be
due on the date this contract goes into effect.
1.2 The remaining balance of P150,000 shall be due no later than (7) days before the
event's date. If the balance is not received within the period of time, an interest of 20% of
the remaining balance shall be charged for every week; the balance is past due.
DATE, CHARGES, AND CANCELLATION
2.1 If there is a change in the event's date, the company will make the best effort possible
to accommodate the new date. The client makes sure to notify the event planner 1 month
before the event. The clients understand that the last-minute changes can affect the quality of
the event and these changes are not necessarily the fault of the event company.
2.2 In the cancellation of the event, the client should notify the event company no later
than 2 months before the planned date. Should the event canceled after that deadline, we may
collect 70% of the amount.
