Our family started this business way back 2015
and as a fan of cooking , baking and organizing
, We came up with the idea of making our own
name in Event Management Industry as
D'Sweets . Why? Letter D is our family Initial
from my Father to my Sister's we all have letter
D initial that’s why we ended up naming it
"D'sweets" and the caters and events follows.

MANAGER
- plan and organize promotional, business and social events.
- responsible for running a range of events, ensuring the target
audience is engaged and the message of the event is marketed
properly.
- manage the whole process from the planning stage, right
through to running the event and carrying out the post-event
evaluation.
VENUE
COORDINATOR
- A venue coordinator works for the venue.
- Focused on managing their own staff and making sure the basic
venue facilities are available and ready for you to use.
- ensures the venue facilities are functioning properly

- Markets products by developing and implementing marketing and
advertising campaigns.
- Tracks sales data, maintains promotional materials inventory, plans

and analyzing sales forecasts; preparing marketing and advertising
strategies, plans, and objectives;

HOSPITALITY
COORDINATOR
- perform a host of duties which include helping to plan programs
and menus; overseeing the management of visitors'
accommodation and travel arrangements
- selecting speakers and briefing them on the day; advising on
and coordinating audiovisual services; liaising with suppliers
such as florists and external caterers;
- working on the design of programs and promotional materials;
arranging security and advising on health and safety; and
preparing and managing budgets.

- Responsible for ensuring that a retailer's merchandise is well-

Assess the equipment you’re bringing onto your event
site and analyze the hazards associated with it.
Limited number of guest
All the guests, staffs should follow the safety health
protocols for COVID 19 prevention.
Make sure you carry out a full risk assessment of any fire hazards so
you can do your best to eliminate the risk completely. Secondly, ensure
you have fire extinguishers easily accessible throughout your event.
Ensure your vendors have appropriate licensing and have access to
the facilities they need to make sure their food meets food safety
standards.
Prepare your people by providing appropriate
directions and training.
34. LEGAL COMPLIANCE
EVENT PLANNING AGREEMENT
This Event Planning Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into ____________________ (the “Effective Date”), by

_________________, with an address of _______________________________, (the “Planner”), collectively “the Parties.”

refundable deposits.
35. LEGAL COMPLIANCE
Payment. The Parties agree to the following Payment and Payment Terms:

Cancellation.
By Client. Client may cancel this Agreement at any time. If Client cancels up to ____ days prior to the Event
Date, it will be entitled to a full refund. If Client cancels between up to ______ days prior to the Event Date, it
will be entitled to a fifty percent (50%) refund. If Client cancels less than ____ days prior to the Event Date, it
will not be entitled to a refund.
By Planner. Planner may cancel this Agreement at any time. If Planner cancels, it must provide a suitable,
replacement Planner, subject to Client’s approval, which shall be obtained in writing. In the alternative,
Planner shall refund all monies previously paid by Client, with the exception of any non-refundable deposits,
which were agreed to by Client.
36. LEGAL COMPLIANCE
Dispute Resolution and Legal Fees. In the event of a dispute arising out of this Contract that cannot be resolved by
mutual agreement, the Parties agree to engage in mediation. If the matter cannot be resolved through mediation, and
legal action ensues, the successful party will be entitled to its legal fees, including, but not limited to its attorneys’
fees.
Severability. In the event any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, in whole or in part,
that part shall be severed from the remainder of the Agreement and all other provisions should continue in full force
and effect as valid and enforceable.
Legal and Binding Agreement. This Agreement is legal and binding between the Parties as stated above. This
Agreement may be entered into and is legal and binding both in the United States and throughout Europe. The
Parties each represent that they have the authority to enter into this Agreement.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction. The Parties agree that this Agreement shall be governed by the State and/or
Country in which both Parties do business. In the event that the Parties do business in different States and/or
Countries, this Agreement shall be governed by _________ law.
37. LEGAL COMPLIANCE
1. Entire Agreement. The Parties acknowledge and agree that this Agreement represents the entire agreement between the Parties.
In the event that the Parties desire to change, add, or otherwise modify any terms, they shall do so in writing to be signed by both
parties.

38. TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
This certifies that the CLIENT further agrees to pay the sum of ____________________________________( )
as full contract price.
The CLIENT further agrees to pay the reservation fee of FIFTEEN THOUSAND PESOS upon confirmation of transaction.
Reservation fees are non-refundable, non-transferable & non-consumable.
The CLIENT further agrees that the down payment of: fifty percent ( 50%) shall be paid at least two months before the banquet and
another 30% down payment shall be paid two(2) weeks or fourteen (14) days before the function.20% Balance less P10,000 (2) days
before function.

39. TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
CATERING
• Client agrees to provide Caterer with the total number of guest not later than 5 days before the event
• Clients agree to breakdown the guest list into adults and children, and include any food allergies or specify dietary
requests, if applicable.
• Menu must be confirmed by 2 weeks before the event, or else Client will be subjected to P 3000 charge as penalty
fee.
• Menu will be fixed, and no changes may be made, 3 days before the event
LEFT-OVER FOODS:
• All left-over foods will be given to the clients.
• Clients should take charge in the packing of left-over foods. We discourage our waiters to do so.
40. TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
LEFT-OVER FOODS:
• The CLIENT shall pay for the cost of broken, damaged or lost equipment, furniture and fixtures, glassware and
utensils caused by the guest and other visitors.
CANCELLATTION POLICY:
• Client may cancel this Agreement 2 months before the event.
• Cancellation occurring 1 month before loss of 50% of deposit, 15 days before the event will result in a total
forfeiture of deposit.
In cases/OCCASIONS, WHERE THERE ARE GIFTS, the CLIENT is responsible in taking care of
gifts. The CATERER is not liable for any losses or damages of said items.
41. TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

• The CLIENT shall pay for the cost of broken, damaged or lost equipment, furniture and fixtures, glassware and
utensils caused by the guest and other visitors.
