Resourceful, creative and flexible Administrator with a wide range of office experience,
including Administration, Finance, Customer Services, Data Management, Telesales and
adherance to policies. Microsoft office competent, and effective communicator. Has the
ambition and commitment to achieve personal high standards in providing a quality service, in
all tasks undertaken.
I am very interested in using and developing my skills providing help, support and guidance to
the bereaved and currently planning to become a Funeral Celebrant.
Transferable Skills and Achievements
• Verbal communication with confidence in public speaking, delivered via national training
workshops., dealing with internal and external customers through different streams
• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to present information in a
clear and concise manner
• Been recognised by line managers as a person who can bring calm in delicate/difficult
situations through mediation and producing win/win situations
• Microsoft outlook proficiency- using the media tools to plan schedules, arrange
meetings and work to set timescales
• Use of intuition and empathy to deal efficiently with peers, colleagues and customers
in varying emotional states including anger and upset
• Petty cash procedures - including recording accurate records of transactions and take
cash, cheque or card payments; competent in processing expense claims
• Perform well under pressure, remaining confident, calm and always present a "can do,

• Monitoring and reconciliation of P&L accounts and how to investigate anomalies to
ensure accounts audit ready
• Presentation, Coaching and Implementation of new processes to groups and individuals,

• Project Management and Process design ensuring continuous improvement of policy,
procedures and productivity
• Clear understanding of what "great" customer service is, improving the choice and
quality of products, ensuring that customers receive a positive experience
