• To become effective change leader, you must
take the steps necessary to acquire and
reinforce the attributes needed
• These attributes can be learned, but not
without practice and reinforcement

• Raise Awareness – Recognition that He or She
can improve a particular behavior or acquire a
needed skill
• Develop a Desire to Change – Indicate that there
is a need to change
• Acquire New Skills – Learn practical Team Skills
to collaborate and communicate with your team
members in an effective manner.

• Apply the Skills – Apply new skills daily on the
job to reinforce what has been learned
• Receive Feedback – Get feedback that is related
to the skill you are trying to apply or develop
• Form New Habits – New habits are formed when
you have practiced refined a particular skill.
Effective Leader Ship:

change.
҉Its should be ongoing, lasting
through all stages of the change.
҉It should change the entire
elements from the grass root
level.
