This document provides a treatment for a proposed fanzine called "UK underground" that will cover underground music subcultures and scenes in the UK. The purpose is to inform and inspire readers by documenting what is currently happening in the scene. It will have an artistic design to appeal to both those within the scene and newcomers. Content will include artist profiles, reviews of recent releases, interviews with musicians and promoters, and a reader input section. Visuals will come from the creator's own photography or promotional materials with permission, and all sourced online visuals will be heavily modified. The structure will include repeating sections for an introduction, artist special, recent releases, reviews, interviews and reader input.
