SUBCONTRACTS MGR & OPERATIONS MGR for private sector partner with US State Dept’s
USAID (administering approx. 200 stabilization grants; half of project $165 million budget).

COST ANALYST / ACCOUNTING ANALYST:
- Created and managed Earned Value reports to Management with dashboard summaries (and
drill-down detail) on budget, schedule and efficiency variances for multiple military projects
(Air Force, Navy, Marines, Army).

operational (and high level) reporting tools. Tools ranged from estimating and pricing tools
to project management and generating revised estimates.
- Led facility teams in periodic/annual defense department audits regarding processes, property

because of the comprehensive success shown in prior years.
