various projects and determining work progress, establishing project baseline schedule, WBS, making 
updated reports and attending the meetings for the following projects: 
 Main Road East of ElTafreaa Port Said City. The project comprised infrastructure work (Road and 
Networks of water and Electricity) with cost 200Million Pound. 
 Port Said Museum. The project comprised main building and some utilities buildings, with cost 25 
Million Pound. 
 Safaga Port. The project comprised improvement of the port and infrastructure work, with cost 
150 Million Pound.    
 Civilization museum (Phase II). The project comprised electro mechanical works.
