Created, organized and completed yearly rental business reviews with over 100 Ryder Integrated
Logistic (RIL) accounts. Analyzed historical rental activity, audited procedures, pinpointed areas

Managed billing support for top 5 Ryder customers that included troubleshooting billing issues,
IT upgrades, financial forecasts,and fleet changes involving start/end billing, transfers and sell
lists while also managing bad debt portfolio and 15 National Accounts.
Tracked all unit movement ensuring accurate billing on a weekly and monthly basis along with
making sure the appropriate Ryder locations were involved when billing issues occurred.
Routinely used MS Project to track all progress, deadlines and updates to Senior Management.
Reduced payment delays with thorough attention to detail analysis and organized tracking to help
drive the collection process with needed documentation to help stop customer short pays.
Involved in the creation of testing and analysis for the ‘Customer Location Analysis’ report that
that was rolled out to all customers upon finalization of projects that increased revenues by $1
million yearly.
