the service schedule of multiple vendors for multiple accounts in a high volume enviornment. Documented all
notes/issues/escalations in company’s work order management system. Resolved service issues with customers
and suppliers when applicable and escalates when appropriate. Managed recurring services and their statuses
as well as all additional customer requests, from obtaining quotes and writing proposals to service completion
and verification. Reviewed daily Integrated Voice Response (IVR) reporting for exceptions and addresses with

• US Bank Account - Managed the national janitorial program ($4mm), overseeing 450 bank branches, in
the mid west to California territory. Managed the day to day business and communication between 13
US Bank property managers, 39 contractors, and USM area managers. Manage special services totaling
$200K on a yearly basis and emergency service needs for account by identifying, contacting and
scheduling a contractor as needed.
• A & P Supermarket Account – Managed the preventative maintenance service schedule ($4mm) for all
stores located in CT, NY, NJ, PA, and DE.
• FedEx Kinko’s Account – Project Manager for account roll-out phase. Confirm all FedEx Kinko’s
store managers have been notified of the corporate mandate maintenance program and be available to
answer all questions related to the program and procedures. Collecting the names and contact
information of all exisiting FedEx Kinko’s contractors from store management. Responsible for
terminating all exisiting FedEx Kinko’s janitorial contractors and confirming receipt of such notice.
Identify any location under current contract, understanding the ternmination agreements of those
contracts, seek resolution to terminate those contracts, and report buy out costs and start dates.
