Role Responsibilities:
• Supervise entire inbound/outbound operational activities.
• Responsible for arraignment of receiving, staging, stacking, documentation, packing, order fulfilment, route allocation,
inventory, monthly stock count, JD applications and cycle count.
• Check Temperature each day of warehouse and cold storage and report any deviation to Store Manager and Quality In
charge/Pharmacist.
• Scheduling employees, truck drivers, arranging inbound and outbound shipments, and scheduling loading dock use of
mechanized equipment such as forklifts, stackers etc.

• Supervise space allocation and optimization for all inbound and storage locations.
• Supervise allocation of quarantine/hold/damage/release and short expiry products to designated location and movements
of expired goods to rejected.
• Ensure JD accuracy through cycle count, stock takes, monthly counts and financial audits.
• Ensure DO/LT/IT are done in time.
• Coordinate outbound clerk for route and resource allocation, ensure delivery efficiency as per the KPIs.
• Responsible for allocation of delivery vehicles to drivers and routine maintenance.
• Supervise cash collection, forwarding it to head office and its prompt documentation/confirmation.
