BISCUTIS) as a Store in charge from 16 dec. 2013 to till date.

 Receiving incoming material according to purchase order& schedule agreement given by purchase
department.
 After receiving the material verify the material by physically as well as quantity with purchase order.
 Monitor and co-ordinate deliveries of items to suppliers and ensure that all itemsare delivered to
(SSC/ASC)store on time.
 Hand over original copy of invoice to account department to clear payment.
 Maintain inventory as per define levels (min/max) .
 Handling manpower and making awareness of in time work.
 Vender material follow-up &Daily stock statement.

I had worked with as a StoreExecutive (spare parts) in KANDHARI AUTOMOBILES (P) LTD(Hyundai
Dealership) in Ghaziabad from Feb 2010 to May 2011.
Here I was organized store maintain inventory and taking care of hygiene warehouse.
SIGNIFICANT HIGHLIGHTS
 To make available a balanced flow of fuel, lubricants, auto spare parts tiers, tubes, and
Batteries and general stores necessary to meet the manufacturing and operational requirements.
 To receive, check and arrange for inspection of all incoming supplies.
 To seethat the materialsareproperlystored&protectedagainst deterioration, pilferage or theft etc, and
that these are readily available when required for issue.
 To issue material against authorized indents to the user departments.
