2. Overview
✤ Buffalo Wild Wings has plenty of successful marketing for all of their
stores, including the college bowl they host, advertise on different
sports stadiums, and commercials. The problem I would like to fix is
to better the marketing scheme for the local Largo store. To get all
promotions they do out to more of a broad reach to increase guests
numbers.
3. Opportunity
✤ Im going to research how the store is perceived, and the name locally.
✤ I’m going to look at annual sales reports, showing how much of an
increase there is pertaining to which days customers know about
certain promotions.
✤ Ask a random local business what they did to improve their
marketing scheme and how much of an increase happened.
4. Audience
✤ This will be shown to the managers at the store and the marketing
coordinator.
✤ They should see potential inputs and research if this plan will help
the business in any way.
✤ Their needs and concerns are clearly, will this make profit? if we
spend money to market more will it increase sales and more profit?
5. ✤ People affected by this proposal might be, employees, managers and
the marketing coordinator.
✤ Also, customers whether they would like the plan or decline it.
