Responsibilities:
As a Stores Supervisor, my responsibilities are as follows and not limited to,
Assist the Warehouse Manager with the day to day operations as needed.
Maintain stock records using manual/or computerized systems.
Process information referring to received and sent off goods on daily basis.
Ensure that the principle of “First In –First Out” is adhered to.
Ensure that all Items have barcode labels on them.

Assist and supply Hand Users data representing changes to electronic Requisition,
Variance between Syspro and TansLution.
Print paper work: capture, maintain, scan and complete requisition, make Invoices related
to goods that have been issued to Subcontractors.
Process in Syspro some Items that have been issued directly to Job.
Process in TransLution some Job request such as Inter-Bin Transfers, Pick Requisition,
Putaway(by scanning or cleaning the Putaway report), Stock Check, Stock Fix and
Manual Issue as regard the variance.
Prepare statistical and other reports on timely basis for management purposes.
To be required to execute all reasonable tasks as instructed by the warehouse Manager
and which falls in the companies policies and directives.
Perform such other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the Supply Chain and
Procurement Manager.
The performance will be evaluated every 60 days and shall be informed accordingly in
