communication with the contractor and HRA staff, their partners, and programs. Organize priorities and structure
workflow to maintain level of client service without missing important deadlines. Maintains and prepare project status
reports as required and upon request.Exercise discretion and confidentiality with client medical and program needs as
per HIPPA and contract regulations. Read and understand all Bio-Psychosocial Summaries.
Case Management. Interviewed clients and complete application for SSI disability benefits using appropriate forms.

program and ensure successful SSI application. Served as client’s agent to the SS Administration and Disability
