Executive Administrative Assistant to Vice-President of Stores, Las Vegas / Riverside District
Provided high-level administrative support to Vice-President, as well as 30 members of functional support team driving
revenue of $480m in a district comprising of 12 stores across multiple states.
Coordinated Vice-President’s calendars for operational day-to-day activities in a rapidly changing deadline-driven
environment that resulted in on-time high-level meetings, appointments and events. Proactively collaborated with
other administrative staff members in coordinating schedule requests, meetings and appointments.
Responsibly controlled Vice-President and functional support team travel expense budget of over $58K by booking
travel arrangements well in advance to secure the lowest possible rates for air travel, hotel and rental car which
resulted in 7 consecutive years of staying within budget. Communicated any travel changes to maintain integrity
of VP’s schedule.
Processed mileage and travel expenses of VP and District Directors on a weekly-basis to ensure company
compliance.
Anticipated the needs of district and store teams by distributing daily, weekly and monthly reports in a consistent
and timely manner which reduced workload and improved efficiencies.
Actively coordinated and planned district’s quarterly and seasonal meetings by providing all executives with
