 Conducting regular surveillance visits to yards and sites to ensure implementation of Quality control re-
quirements during material inward inspection, welding, fabrication, installation, pre commissioning and
commissioning, Participating in stage (Spot) and final inspection activities, Final walk downs, Punch listing,
qualification of Operators / Personnel’s and ensure they are carried out as per project specification and
COMPANY standard in addition to Monitoring PMC / Contractor's QC team at site, controlling QC functions
and sorting out QA/QC issues during construction activities.
 Review EPC, PMC, TPA and IVB SOW for inclusion of quality requirements, participate in tender clarifica-
tion sessions and review bidder’s technical submissions and participate in the technical assessment of po-
tential bidders.
 Evaluating Project specification, initiating / managing technical query / concession request / NCR. Control of
non conformity in the Contractor’s work and ensuring implementation of corrective actions. Takes account-
ability and responsibility for all technical decisions and deliverables related to QA/ QC aspects for all stages
of ADMA-OPCO’s Project.
 Provide technical Quality advice to the Project teams of COMPANY on all matters related to Quality. Inter-
act with various project teams within Engineering, Projects Business Units to identify best Quality Assur-
ance practices and share with Projects managers and PMC QA representative / Engineers to accomplish
standardization across projects.
 Ensuring compliance in accordance with project requirements related to works performed by COMPANY
TPA and Independent Verification Bodies.
 Coordination with third party inspection agency for worldwide source inspections and site inspection activi-
ties. QA/QC coordination and expediting procurement with contractor and sorting out vendor QA/QC is-
sues.
 Review of Contractor’s key Project deliverables like Project Quality Plan, Inspection and Test plan, Inspec-
tion Strategy, Non destructive testing procedures, Welding procedure specification / Procedure qualifica-
tion records, Welder qualification records, Welders performance summary, Project specific procedures,

QA Engineer (Projects) – ADMA OPCO – Project QA/QC Team Leader (job Grade)
Satah al Razboot SARB Field development Project is one of the new field development projects of
ADMA OPCO which comprises of 2 Artificial Islands associated offshore facilities including Sub-
sea Pipelines to transfer the product to processing facilities at Zirku Island. For the ease of han-
dling Project has been divided into various packages. I am working as Project QA/QC Lead in fol-
lowing Packages of SARB Project on behalf of COMPANY and managing all QA/QC Functions.
(i) SARB Package 6, Temporary drillers accommodation and utilities at Artificial island
(ii) SARB Package 3 Offshore facilities comprising of flare and riser platforms topside and Jack-
ets, Bridges, Subsea Pipelines, Single Point mooring System and Onshore Pipelines till Bat-
tery limits at Zirku Islands.
(iii) SARB Package 4, Plant facilities comprising of Slug Catchers / Pig receivers, Crude stabilisa-
tion, Gas compression(LP/MP, HP-3 stages), Gas sweetening, Gas dehydration, Condensate
recovery system, Fuel gas Conditioning system, Produced water treatment, Crude oil storage
and export system, Flare packages, Hot Oil system and related utilities Like Power generation
units (GTG), Cooling water system, Sea water system, Utility air and Instrument air, Nitrogen
generation packages, Diesel oil system, Chemical injection systems, Fire water system,
Waste heat recovery system. Sea water deaerator for water injection.
Facilities at artificial Island (SARB North and SARB South) include Oil Production wells, Gas
Production wells, Gas Injection Wells and water injection wells.
Responsibilities :
 Managing all QA/QC functions of the Project along with handling of QA/QC team from PMC,
IVB and TPA agency. Conducting regular meetings with the Quality team from EPC, PMC,
TPA, and IVB on Project Issues and follow up on implementation of QA/QC issues.
 Develop / Finalise inspection strategy based on the output of criticality rating established as-
signing inspection class / certification requirements and COMPANY / TPA Involvement.
 Ensure implementation and effectiveness of COMPANY quality management system by con-
ducting periodic audit & participating in Contractors internal audits, Conducting frequent sur-
veillance visits to Yards and site to perform spot quality control checks of stage and final in-
spection / Monitor PMC/EPC’s Performance. Ensure lesson learnt are transmitted throughout
the company.
 Providing technical advice to PMT on matters related to auditing systems methods, ensure
the development and implementation of structured Quality Management Systems across the
projects, Providing Inputs / Assists in the development of HSE IA’s / QRA’s / HAZID’s / Risk
identification & Assessment studies such as PHSER’s , HAZOP’s.
 Providing QA/QC inputs during the preparation of define / Execute ITT of EPC / TPA / IVB

 Evaluate tenders and review together with discipline engineers & provide inputs & recom-

ments related to source inspection and Yard Quality documents like ITP’s, WPS and testing

 Review NCR’s, discrepancy reports, observations and NCR’s and follow up with EPC contrac-
tor for resolution & closeout.
 Manage IVB and ensure audit & inspection of safety critical items as envisaged in IVB scope,
work instructions & performance standards.
 Lead final walk downs before load out of modules, after reinstatement of Piping and Piping
components and finalise punch lists along with PMC / EPC / TPA Quality teams.
 Witness FAT / SAT of Critical equipment along with discipline engineers and finalize the com-
pletion activities including joint walk down, punch listing of packages, and Mechanical Com-
pletion.
 Finalisation of final dossier index and final documentation in line with COMPANY require-
ments
Senior QA/QC Engineer – WorleyParsons, Abu Dhabi, U.A.E.
 HMT Pipeline Project- PMC Contract for Gasco
Installation of 1 No. 52” Pipeline from Maqta to Taweela(approx 48 Km) and 2 No 52” line from
Maqta to Habshan (approximately 120 Km Each) along with sectionalising valve stations, 42”
line from Taweela to Jetty(approx 10 Km). Hook ups with existing facilities at Habshan, Maqta
and Taweela terminals.
 Asab-3 Project - PMC Contract for Gasco
Installation of new Booster Compression Station at the battery limits of new ADCO Central
degassing station being installed by ADCO to handle increased oil production. To accommo-
date the additional associated gas, GASCO has installed new Gas Compressors, executed a
minimum debottlenecking to the existing gas compression and NGL separation units at Asab-0,
and installed pipelines to divert part of the rich gas to Asab I/II. Additional works include con-
struction of 33kV overhead line from ASAB 1; tie-in works to be done during Shutdowns and
demolition works of existing Booster Station.

 Asab Lean Gas Pipeline Project - PMC Contract for Gasco
New 36” gas pipeline 87.5 km in Length from Thammama C manifold station to Asab 1 &II in-
cluding intermediate Block Valve stations and replacement of portion of existing 20” line. Also
includes 7.65 km of 20” Lean Gas Pipeline.
Responsibilities:
 Monitor the implementation and effectiveness of Client quality system by conducting periodic
audits & participating in Contractor's internal audits during various stages of the project.
 Assist in evaluation, QA audits and approval of new vendors. Coordinate with GASCO on qual-
ity and technical integrity issues of the project. Assist in selection of TPIs for project materials
source and site inspection activities.
 Communicate with Client and EPC Contractor in resolving quality related issues.
 Manage Site and worldwide source third party inspectors and inspection activities; review in-
spection reports, discrepancy reports, observations and NCRs and follow up resolution and
closeout.
 Stage inspection of Pipeline construction activities including visual inspection of field joint coat-
ing, and witness holiday and spark testing, lowering, trench pre-padding, post-padding, backfill-
ing and berming. Rectification of damaged coating of line pipes and concrete weight coating.
Review of job procedures, NDT Procedures and test packs, witness cleaning, pigging and
gauging, water filling, cleaning, flooding, venting and thermal stabilisation, hydro testing, swab-
bing and drying, Joint walk down, and punch listing.

Sr. QA/QC Engineer- W.S. Atkins Oil and Gas partners Overseas, Sharjah
IGD US WHT’s US 40/24 and US 40/56- PMC Contract for ADMA-OPCO at NPCC Mussafah
Yard, Abu Dhabi.
The Integrated Gas Development Project US WHT, involving installation of additional two gas
towers US 40/56 and US 40/24 in Umm Shaif field is part of the IGD scheme being developed
by ADNOC for sole risk wells in Umm Shaif field for supply to power station. Project Involves
Fabrication of Jacket and Topside. High integrity pressure protection system (HIPPS) was in-
troduced for the first time in ADMA-OPCO Well Head towers.
Responsibilities: PMC Sr.QA/QC Engineer is the Quality management representative for the
project.
Monitor the implementation and effectiveness of Client quality system by conducting periodic
audits & participating in Contractors internal audits. Assist ADMA-OPCO in evaluation, QA au-
dits and approval of new vendors.

EXPERIENCE Sep 2013 – Present QA Engineer (Projects) – ADMA OPCO – Project QA/QC Team Leader (job Grade) Satah al Razboot SARB Field development Project is one of the new field development projects of ADMA OPCO which comprises of 2 Artificial Islands associated offshore facilities including Sub- sea Pipelines to transfer the product to processing facilities at Zirku Island. For the ease of han- dling Project has been divided into various packages. I am working as Project QA/QC Lead in fol- lowing Packages of SARB Project on behalf of COMPANY and managing all QA/QC Functions. (i) SARB Package 6, Temporary drillers accommodation and utilities at Artificial island (ii) SARB Package 3 Offshore facilities comprising of flare and riser platforms topside and Jack- ets, Bridges, Subsea Pipelines, Single Point mooring System and Onshore Pipelines till Bat- tery limits at Zirku Islands. Hook ups with existing facilities at Habshan, Maqta and Taweela terminals.  Asab-3 Project - PMC Contract for Gasco Installation of new Booster Compression Station at the battery limits of new ADCO Central degassing station being installed by ADCO to handle increased oil production. To accommo- date the additional associated gas, GASCO has installed new Gas Compressors, executed a minimum debottlenecking to the existing gas compression and NGL separation units at Asab-0, and installed pipelines to divert part of the rich gas to Asab I/II. Additional works include con- struction of 33kV overhead line from ASAB 1; tie-in works to be done during Shutdowns and demolition works of existing Booster Station.

Dayananda Hebbar Project QA/QC Team leader Resume  Asab Lean Gas Pipeline Project - PMC Contract for Gasco New 36” gas pipeline 87.5 km in Length from Thammama C manifold station to Asab 1 &II in- cluding intermediate Block Valve stations and replacement of portion of existing 20” line. Also includes 7.65 km of 20” Lean Gas Pipeline. Responsibilities:  Monitor the implementation and effectiveness of Client quality system by conducting periodic audits & participating in Contractor's internal audits during various stages of the project.  Assist in evaluation, QA audits and approval of new vendors. Coordinate with GASCO on qual- ity and technical integrity issues of the project. Apr 2008 – Apr 2010 Sr. QA/QC Engineer- W.S. Atkins Oil and Gas partners Overseas, Sharjah IGD US WHT’s US 40/24 and US 40/56- PMC Contract for ADMA-OPCO at NPCC Mussafah Yard, Abu Dhabi. The Integrated Gas Development Project US WHT, involving installation of additional two gas towers US 40/56 and US 40/24 in Umm Shaif field is part of the IGD scheme being developed by ADNOC for sole risk wells in Umm Shaif field for supply to power station. Project Involves Fabrication of Jacket and Topside. High integrity pressure protection system (HIPPS) was in- troduced for the first time in ADMA-OPCO Well Head towers.
