The United Nations Environment Programme is partnering with Dubai Carbon to develop a National Inventory System for Kuwait. Dubai Carbon will conduct a gap analysis of Kuwait's current GHG reporting system and develop an online reporting system and databases to improve Kuwait's ability to prepare its Second National Communication and First Biennial Update Report. The 23-month project will include capacity building sessions, user manuals, system evaluations and improvements.

cycles, the United Nations
Environment Programme
is cooperating with Dubai
Carbon for the development of
a National Inventory System,
in the State of Kuwait. Dubai
Carbon is supporting Kuwait in
the preparation of their Second
National Communication and the
First Biennial Update Report. The
project includes the development
of an online reporting system
and data bases after conducting
a gap analysis of the current
system, supply of awareness
material and user manuals,
capacity building sessions. Dubai
Carbon will also follow up on
the progress of the system by
evaluating it and implementing
improvements.
