1. PROJECT BRIEF
FEWA has been involved with
various sustainability initiatives
throughout its operations and
with the help of its consumers. So
as to drive energy conservation
among its customers, as a first
step FEWA decided to modify
their existing bill into a Green
Bill where in the customers will
be informed about their impact
on environment in terms of
emissions due to their electricity
and water consumption.
Additionally, FEWA also decided
to support the customers’
decision making by providing a
comparative performance slab
for their emissions. Moreover
FEWA has also decided to launch
its first e-bill that aims to focus
primarily on sustainability. Dubai
Carbon is currently lending its
expertise to support FEWA meet
its sustainability aspirations.

CLIENT:
Federal Electricity and Water Authority (FEWA) was established in 1999
under the Federal Law No. 31 of 1999 to carry out the duties assigned by
Ministry of Electricity and Water in achieving several objectives. Its Main
objective is to cater the needs of Electricity and potable Water for the population
of the Northern Emirates.
