The project aims to develop a Green Economy Framework for the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) in Dubai to encourage stakeholders to support RTA's energy and green economy goals. Over an 8 month period, the project team will create a strategic framework and plan through conducting a gap analysis, establishing green economy requirements, reviewing RTA's strategy, and defining human resource needs. The final outcome will be an in-depth manual and plan to drive RTA's sustainability ambitions.
