Have more than 4 years of experience in the field of Construction in EPCM & PMT, Shutdown
Maintenance mostly as a Safety Professional in Oil and Gas industry.
Had well experience on different stages of plant Shutdowns from preparations, pre-shutdown

Position Handled: HSSE Coordinator (HSSE Block Lead GTL)
Inclusive Date: November, 2015 – February, 2016
Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead TA Block HSSE during MTA2016, responsible for all related HSSE issues, matters and
documentation preparation and review.
Be familiar and conversant to the HSSE plan, and related MTA 2016 procedures.
Responsible for all HSSE personnel assigned in the specific Block.
Collect all unsafe acts/conditions reports and log them in FIM supported by TA HSE Lead in Block on
daily basis.
Follow agreed reporting protocols and exercise QSGTL code of conduct (read the code of conduct)
and sign for commitment.
Read and understand Qcon and QSGTL HSSE related procedures, asset local rules, TSSI’s related to
the block.
Develop/ prepare if required, specific HSSE document pertaining to the block specific documentation
requirements.
Responsible for the proper on-boarding of all HSSE officers/ inspectors, fire watch, confined space
attendants.
Provide professional HSSE support, to the Qcon and QSGTL Block Lead for execution
Work in parallel with QSGTL HSSE Lead for his block as necessary to ensure all issues and concerns
captured among them and discussed with Block leaders their concerns and recommendations.
Responsible for the daily or all necessary reporting of HSSE KPI’s on his block that includes the Goal
Zero visits and/or safety field observation cards raised during the shift.
Review of Roser work packs of his block to ensure work preparation and planned execution are in line
with both Qcon and QSGTL HSSE procedures, HSSE plans, PTW procedure and waste management
requirements, etc.
Ensure all critical activities were reviewed by the subject matter experts or planners who created/
developed work packs to ensure related risk per activities are identified and risk or specific JSA’s
prepared as it deems necessary.
Assure 3 what’s and toolbox talks (PTsW), site specific talks has conducted by the individual
supervisor/foremen. This must be monitored and/or reported by the HSSE officers/inspectors in the
field.
Responsible to make sure that all Authorized Applicant/Permit Acceptor in the block are duly approved
by QSGTL subject matter experts (PTW Focal person) to apply and/or received PTW.
Coordinate, advice and assist the PTW coordinator if deemed necessary for the preparation of PTW
on Roser (permit IT), and for the PTW health check (20% of the total permits).
Ensure that all personnel working on his block/ area of responsibility have attended/ completed
required training as per training matrix approved for the MTA2016.
Responsible to all activities of the HSSE officers/inspectors, ensure daily area focus of concerns were
disseminated to them to follow up implementation of recommended actions.
Responsible to daily end of the shift handover briefing to the night shift HSSE Coordinator and vice
versa.
Coordinate to logistics in-charge; block execution lead, subject matter experts to ensure HSSE issues
and concerns addressed to all as one message.
Ensure emergency response is clear to all personnel in the Block.
Highlight the HSSE matters, and participate actively in the HSE, SIMOPS meetings with the execution,
Ops teams during the TA execution.
2. Qatar Engineering and Construction Co. W.L.L.
Client: Qatar Shell Gas to Liquid Ltd. (QSGTL) Major Turnaround (MTA 1 2015)

Position Handled: HSSE Coordinator (HSSE Block Lead GTL)
Inclusive Date: December, 2014 – April 2015
Duties and Responsibilities:
Be an integral member of specific block team, who provides sound, practical HSE advice, support
implementation of HSE critical processes (e.g. PTW, incident reporting, Emergency response,
SIMOPS, Contractor safety management etc.), guidance and coaching to the team
Coordinates the development and implements the event specific Turnaround Health & Safety
Management Plan. Actions which are typical include but not limited to:
Assure and coach on the effective implementation of the MTA 1 2015 Safety Plan, TA PTW
procedure etc and verify understanding by HSE critical positions.
Support implementation of safe working culture and drive this by creating strong partnership with
contractor HSE team and deliver expected results against TA HSE KPI’s
Coordinate with and draw support from client Asset HSE team & Main contractor HSE team who
provide HSSE support to Major Turnaround.
Provide support to Safety Awareness Campaign led by Contractor Sr. HSE Lead supported by client
Goal Zero team
Support proper on boarding of HSE Inspectors and Contractor HSE coordinators and Field safety
inspectors
Review Critical path, HSE critical work packs, for Major Turnaround to ensure all mitigating and control
measures for all the existing and potential risks are coordinated, discussed, agreed and implemented
to all members to ensure work tasks will be carried out safely.
Works with Contractor HSE team to complete necessary documentation and reviewing milestone
plans, advise when necessary.
Being proactive and a leader in improving safety performance and be able to surface Health & Safety
and Environmental issues.
Knowledge of and ability to use management concepts and principles including goal setting, planning
and execution.
Ability to prepare and update HSE statistical tracking and trending data.
Attends pre – job, planning and other clients meeting as required.
Gives assistance to the Project HSE Manager/ Corporate HSE Manager with client’s HSE
Requirements and assists in compliance.
Conducts HSE audits and inspections.
Assists with the development and implementation of appropriate location emergency response
systems.
Performs assumes other duties and responsibilities as may be required by immediate supervisors.

Position Handled: HSE Officer/Inspector
Inclusive Date: April, 2013 - June, 2013
Played the role of Shutdown HSE Officer ensuring workforces are working safely in
accordance to the company's rules, regulations and standards.
Shutdown period took more than a month including preparations, pre-shutdown, shutdown
window, commissioning up to final start up of the train.
Shutdown composed of around 4,000 multi-national workforces in different fields of work both
day and night shift and all of them were contributed to reach and achieved the excellent
performance towards safety aspects.
Daily site monitoring and safety audit as per work scheduled has been carried out and all safety
work practices has been implemented and advised to ensure full compliance of all members
of the work group will be maintained.
Excellent execution of safety implementation during the shutdown was successfully achieved
without any delayed on the production point of view.

Achieving more than 1 million Man-hour without LTI (Loss Time Incident) through an excellent

Coordinates with other department personnel and other companies, to facilitate communication and
appropriate action for each of the departments
Filed and posted SHES Job Bulletins, Project Safety Alerts, Safety Huddles, etc on a timely basis

Ensured all temporary equipments, lifting tools and tackles, PPE's were inspected by competent
personnel, input on data for regular or monthly inspection reference prior site mobilization.

standards.
Reports any unsafe act and unsafe conditions on the workplace through proper protocol of
communication with the senior safety officer.

(QSGTL) Major Turnaround (MTA 2 2016) Ras Laffan Industrial City, Qatar Position Handled: HSSE Coordinator (HSSE Block Lead GTL) Inclusive Date: November, 2015 – February, 2016 Duties and Responsibilities: Lead TA Block HSSE during MTA2016, responsible for all related HSSE issues, matters and documentation preparation and review. Be familiar and conversant to the HSSE plan, and related MTA 2016 procedures. Responsible for all HSSE personnel assigned in the specific Block. Collect all unsafe acts/conditions reports and log them in FIM supported by TA HSE Lead in Block on daily basis. Follow agreed reporting protocols and exercise QSGTL code of conduct (read the code of conduct) and sign for commitment. Read and understand Qcon and QSGTL HSSE related procedures, asset local rules, TSSI’s related to the block. Develop/ prepare if required, specific HSSE document pertaining to the block specific documentation requirements. Responsible for the proper on-boarding of all HSSE officers/ inspectors, fire watch, confined space attendants. Provide professional HSSE support, to the Qcon and QSGTL Block Lead for execution Work in parallel with QSGTL HSSE Lead for his block as necessary to ensure all issues and concerns captured among them and discussed with Block leaders their concerns and recommendations. Responsible for the daily or all necessary reporting of HSSE KPI’s on his block that includes the Goal Zero visits and/or safety field observation cards raised during the shift. Review of Roser work packs of his block to ensure work preparation and planned execution are in line with both Qcon and QSGTL HSSE procedures, HSSE plans, PTW procedure and waste management requirements, etc. Ensure all critical activities were reviewed by the subject matter experts or planners who created/
  • 2. developed work packs to ensure related risk per activities are identified and risk or specific JSA’s prepared as it deems necessary. Assure 3 what’s and toolbox talks (PTsW), site specific talks has conducted by the individual supervisor/foremen. This must be monitored and/or reported by the HSSE officers/inspectors in the field. Responsible to make sure that all Authorized Applicant/Permit Acceptor in the block are duly approved by QSGTL subject matter experts (PTW Focal person) to apply and/or received PTW. Coordinate, advice and assist the PTW coordinator if deemed necessary for the preparation of PTW on Roser (permit IT), and for the PTW health check (20% of the total permits). Ensure that all personnel working on his block/ area of responsibility have attended/ completed required training as per training matrix approved for the MTA2016. Responsible to all activities of the HSSE officers/inspectors, ensure daily area focus of concerns were disseminated to them to follow up implementation of recommended actions. Responsible to daily end of the shift handover briefing to the night shift HSSE Coordinator and vice versa. Coordinate to logistics in-charge; block execution lead, subject matter experts to ensure HSSE issues and concerns addressed to all as one message. Ensure emergency response is clear to all personnel in the Block. Highlight the HSSE matters, and participate actively in the HSE, SIMOPS meetings with the execution, Ops teams during the TA execution. 2. Qatar Engineering and Construction Co. W.L.L. (QSGTL) Major Turnaround (MTA 1 2015) Ras Laffan Industrial City, Qatar Position Handled: HSSE Coordinator (HSSE Block Lead GTL) Inclusive Date: December, 2014 – April 2015 Duties and Responsibilities: Be an integral member of specific block team, who provides sound, practical HSE advice, support implementation of HSE critical processes (e.g. PTW, incident reporting, Emergency response, SIMOPS, Contractor safety management etc.), guidance and coaching to the team Coordinates the development and implements the event specific Turnaround Health & Safety Management Plan. Actions which are typical include but not limited to: Assure and coach on the effective implementation of the MTA 1 2015 Safety Plan, TA PTW procedure etc and verify understanding by HSE critical positions. Works with Contractor HSE team to complete necessary documentation and reviewing milestone plans, advise when necessary. Being proactive and a leader in improving safety performance and be able to surface Health & Safety and Environmental issues.
