SIMOPs; permits towork (PTW); lockout tagout; hazard communications; PPE; blood-borne pathogens; crane

 Supervised a skilled workforce in securing and maintaining compliance with local and national codes and
regulations governing the project execution for EPC facilities and allied equipment. Delivered a ‘dropped
object’ training program to deal with dropped object issues on site. There was 100% personnel attendance at
the program; as a result, dropped object incidents onsite were completely eliminated with zero recorded
incidents to date.
 Achieved International Registration of Certified Auditor Lead Auditor certification for IMS: 9001, 14001 and
18001 Management Systems (2015). Provided guidance on OSHA compliance and other relevant standards.
Established, documented, audited and drove the adoption of key HSE processes, tools; defined, developed and
rolled out support services to ensure contractors met company requirements on key projects.
 Provided leadership for a cross-functional team to establish standards in line with corporate requirements,
policies and procedures to ensure personnel were suitably competent to deliver projects in line with
corporate objectives at Technip. Managed culturally diverse personnel working on a variety of projects
throughout the Middle East on significantly complex oil & gas facilities projects that ranged in value from
$8bn to $16bn USD.
 Oversaw company-wide root cause analysis (RCA) and incident management. Analyzed HSE lagging
indicators and report results to upper management for the Halobutyl Project. Successfully tracked lagging
indicators and introduced corrective actions (including training programs); this led to a significant
improvement in performance across the project.
