 Inspection for TPI of Earth Moving equipments like bulldozer, excavator, loader, cranes, drilling/Rig machines,

 Ensure emergency no. is available/posted in stores, camp and with all vehicles working in Project.
 Inspection of Vehicle and its Safety requirement as per Saudi Law.
 Providing safety advice & guidance to site management & supervisors
 Ensuring /checked all fire extinguishers are in place and it’s in Good condition with current inspection.
 Ensuring good housekeeping is maintained by supervisor/foreman at site & store areas.
 To ensure that proper FIRST AID facilities with qualified personnel are available so that prompt and immediate first
aid and medical care can be given to injured employees.
 Inspecting that all the lifting tools and tackles are having TPI certificates (Third party certification).
 Inspecting that Certified and Trained Crane operator & rigger is engaged for the work.
 Check All the heavy equipments revolving Light, Backup alarm, seat belt, back Light, fire extinguishers, TPI certificate
operator Driving License etc.
 Coordinate in Investigation of all Incidents /Accidents and Near miss report to safety department or Authority.
 Ensuring the proper earth is done to all the heavy equipments when working near the existing OHTL lines.
 Ensure that PERMIT is received for working near or crossing the existing overhead power line or for crossing the
HIGHWAY.
 Ensure the level of OHTL structure pad is good for work of CRANE & Concrete pump for work.
 Barricading with Warning Signage’s to be provided during Errection, concrete work for foundation of tower as well
as crane operation.
