Many of us are highly motivated
by the idea of cartoons. Cartoons are
fun. They entertain us to no end. We
are familiar with many cartoons mainly
because of their character simply love
how they become the mediums to tell
jokes or share opinions about life and
it’s interesting situation

1. WHAT ARE THE IMPORTANT DETAILS
FROM THE VIDEO?
2. In what idea we usually highly
motivated in arts?
3. What are the steps in making cartoon
character?
4. It is full of features that are helpful to
cartoon character designers.
5. Give some tools.
Here are the definition of terms
for drawing software.
•Pencil Tool – the tool that draws
free lines onto the picture.
•Line Tool – use to create
perfectly straight lines.
•Paint Bucket – used to fill an area
with a solid color or pattern.
•Square Tool -used to create perfect
square or rectangular shapes. By
changing the line thickness in the
line tool, you could change the
thickness of the square.
•Circle Tool – similar to the square
tool, it is used to create perfect
circles and the thickness can be
changed using the line tool.
•Erasing Tools - these provide
several different ways to erase
various parts, or all, of your drawing.
•Moving Truck – allows various parts
of the image to be selected and
moved around the canvas. There are
different shapes and sizes that the
selections can be, such are circles
and rectangles.
•Dye Tool – used to pick out colors
already used somewhere in the
canvas.
Text Insertion
•Text Tool – includes “rubber
stamps” of the letters of the alphabet
which speak the name of the letter
when selected.
•Typing Tool – includes basic
abilities to add text to the image in
different fonts and various sizes.
•Opacity - the degree to which
something reduces the passage
of light.
•Undo – cancel, annuls, or
reverses an action or its effect.

TARGET GAMES
Target Games are activities in which
players send an object toward a target
while avoiding any obstacles. By playing
these games, participants will learn the
key skills and strategies for games such as
Croquet, Golf, Archery, Curling and
Bowling. Our localized game like tamaang
tao, tatsing, tumbang preso.
WHAT SKILL DESCRIBES
IN TARGET GAMES?
Transferable skills are skills that can
be acquired in one game and utilized in
other games as well.
In order for these skills to be
transferable, the games must be similar
to each other. Games can be grouped
into categories or divisions so that
students can identify common features
such as tactics, rules, and skills more
easily.
Skills that are common to target games
are:
I.Players must be able to demonstrate
hand-eye, foot-eye accuracy
II.Players aim and shoot/throw/roll/etc.
for a goal target
III.Players utilize the synchronization of
numerous body parts when releasing
the object used in the game.
IV.Both gross and fine motor skills are
used to alter the flight/path of the
released object

Be sure to use the soap!
Rub and scrub and scrub and rub
Germs go down the drain. HEY!
Games (Pass the message)
The teacher will group the class
into two.
The teacher will choose a leader in each
group. The leader of the group will listen
attentively as the teacher whispers the
message to be passed. The teacher will give
signal to start the game. The last member of
the group who can tell the message correctly
will be declared as the winner. (A health
appraisal gives important information on the
pupil’s current health status)

The teacher will read a short article
about standard health appraisal
procedures.
You have noticed that doctors and
nurses measure your height and
weight whenever you visit the clinic
for check-up. There are also tests for
your teeth, hearing and vision by
trained medical experts.
The school gathers information
about pupils’ health. Good health
programs in school help reduce
absenteeism and poor
performance, which can be caused
by pupil’s poor health condition.
Make it a habit to undergo these
examinations regularly because
you will enjoy the benefits of these
regular check-ups when you grow
old.

Joyce is a health conscious person. She
goes to the doctor regularly for a check-up.
The doctor examines her teeth, eyes and ears
once a month. She is also very concious with
her diet. She jogs every morning before going
to work. She priorities her health by following
health appraisal procedure as advised by her
doctor. She And that is regular check-up and
eating the right kind and amount of food. She
values her health because she knows that as
she grows old, nobody but herself could
benefit from it.

By playing these games, participants will learn the key skills and strategies for games such as Croquet, Golf, Archery, Curling and Bowling.   • 42. Transferable skills are skills that can be acquired in one game and utilized in other games as well. In order for these skills to be transferable, the games must be similar to each other. Games can be grouped into categories or divisions so that students can identify common features such as tactics, rules, and skills more easily.
