1. .375 Bore
Small bores are difficult to make, if you dont have a
digital Tri-mic, you must get the wires to measure it.
Face the part a little bit, cut the OD and do the
prebore, do the bore leaving about .40 under, then
make cuts with a small bar, you must cut no more of .
020 each time, the bar takes a lot of preasure and can
break, do small cuts, measure with the caliper if you
don't have any other tool to measure and when you
have about .007, start making cuts of only .001, then
when you have about .002 start making cuts of 0 or
go back around .003 and start making cuts again,
measure with the wire each time and be careful.
THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT!!!!
go back to minus.003 and start making cuts,
measure each time
