New SLC Police Online Bike Registry
SLC Police launched a new, free online bike registry system that will allow officers to access this database in
the field when they encounter a potential stolen bike. Register bikes online by providing your name, date of
birth, contact information and bicycle serial number and descriptions.

SLC Police Crime Report
According to the latest CompStat report for SLC District #5 (through July 22), residential burglaries are down
66% in the last week, but stats continue to reflect an increase in home burglaries over the last few weeks and
months in 2018 compared to 2017. Remember to report suspicious activity by calling 801-799-3000.

1300 East Water/Sewer Replacement

Timeline: July 2018 – Fall 2019
Starting this week SLC will begin upgrading underground utility lines (water and sewer) as a part of a two-year
effort to reconstruct 1300 East, from 1300 South to 2100 South. This work will have an impact on traffic,
access and parking in your area, and the project team will provide notifications prior to any road closures.
Expect traffic and congestion on 1300 E for the next 16 months.

Parking Mitigation for Mutual Beauty Condos
ELPCO is looking for neighbors to help develop parking and traffic solutions for the area surrounding the new

Inland Port
On July 18 the Utah legislature passed H.B. 2001, the Utah Inland Port Authority
Amendments, to revise the original inland port bill passed in March. This is a
controversial issue, with the SLC City Council and the SLC mayor disagreeing on the
