located in a precise way.
• The app will automatically starts when the user dials
112
• The app will show the coordinates on the screen, so
even if the app can’t connect to the PSAP, the user
can share position.
• It contains a reverse 112 module the allows the user
to receive alerts from the PSAP.
• Region detection limits of 112 adjacent delivery.

When the PSAP receives a phone
call from a citizen, they start to
process all the information
provided by the citizen, included
the caller location.
If the phone call is been made by
a phone that includes my112, the
user location accuracy can be
dramatically improved
If the user has my112 installed,
the call taker located in the PSAP
can ask the citizen to send
pictures of the incident so the
emergency services can improve
the response
