The WorkingAge project develops a virtual assistant to promote healthier habits for people over 45. It collects data from sensors and devices to provide personalized recommendations and identify potentially harmful conditions. In an emergency, the assistant's rich dataset including health, location, and medical data could be useful for emergency responders. The project is testing an E112 service that automatically calls emergency services and provides the user's location and information if the assistant detects a health incident or the user manually triggers it. The location is determined by WiFi routers or the smartphone's position. Prototypes have been validated to convey this emergency data to responders.
