Kothari Commission was appointed by the Government of
India
Commission was formed on 1962 July 14
Members - 11 Indians and 5 foreigners[France, Japan,
London,America,
Sweden.

Commission had interviewed 9000 people who were
working as scholars and educators, in a span of 21
months.
Report was submitted.The important
recommendations by the Government on 1966 June 9 .
Commission was dissolver on 1966 June 29.
