Helped to introduce a returns-to-vendor register on a shared drive so both supply
chain and accounts could view all discrepancies raised by the warehouse, showing
when it was raised, when it was returned to vendor and when it was short delivered.
Helped to introduce a delivery diary on a shared drive so the supply chain could see
what was booked into the warehouse from vendors with timed deliveries for pallet
deliveries and an open booking time for parcels deliveries this helped to control the
flow of goods into the warehouse.
