 Stabilized and streamlined freight and warehousing operation by modifying and/or developing
new process flows.
 Project Manager for the 3PL sourcing of freight and warehouse partners. Drove negotiations
and established SLA’s. Analyzed comparative cost quotes together with operational
capabilities to identify potential partners that led to significant savings.
Main Responsibilities :
 Control the F & W budget by managing 3PL effectively.
 Design and implement an optimized net of warehouses to ensure service to end
customers and optimized cost.
 Manage all logistic projects incl. but not limited to warehouse closing, warehouse set
up, transfer of stock, redesign of distribution, IT implementation, price and contract
negotiation.

 To work proactively with Warehouse Supervisors and Site Operations Leaders to

 Developed and implemented processes for the safe and accurate handling of pharmaceutical

department we have performed far better in all aspects of warehousing and our
