functions related to my role as Team Leader in Material Handling Department. Persistent monitoring, researching and reporting of Parts Staging
Location Inventory levels for detection of shortages of parts/materials to prevent downtime for my assigned production lines. Interact with
Quality Department and Supplier Representatives to assist them in their parts quarantines, inspections and rework processes, process defective
material and dispose of scrapped inventory as needed maintaining a proficient FIFO system within my shop. Continuously monitor and reassign
Staging Locations for min/max levels according to shop specifications and evaluating the proficiency of their proximity to their assigned linefeed
locations and usage areas to minimize wasted space, travel time and pick/process time to generate optimal effective delivery functions. Interact
with Transportation Department, Transportation Contractors/Drivers and Delivery Schedules to maintain a well organized daily process of
receiving parts and returning recyclable containers/empty racks to our suppliers within designated time restrictions. Use my administrative and
organizational skills to keep my Team Members updated, motivated and sufficiently trained with continuous improvement activities, process
changes, assigned job functions and part changes within our group. Manage our Records Management Files pertaining to daily In-Trailer/Receipt,
End of Shift and Scanner reports in accordance to company policies. Project Planning of Staging Locations, Delivery Methods, Linefeed Locations,
Equipment and Time Measurements of New Product Line Shop needs. Utilize Zebra and WaspLabeler Systems to print labels for Warehouse
Management Bar Code Functions, Staging Locations, Linefeed locations and Cell Location labeling.

Body Shop Logistics Project Planner: Plan for parts storage locations, assign new staging locations, identify linefeed locations,
identify delivery methods, study time measurements, develop new processes, utilize cost reduction efforts, label all areas, coordinate
training for new procedures, train Team Members in new processes.
Team Leader Body Shop Material Handling Group: Organize/Coordinate Logistics Dockside Team for unloading parts, receipt
of trailers, scanning of parts, staging parts in assigned locations, reloading trailers, monitoring their designated staging levels, monitor
their trailers in-yard and replenish the dock doors, efficient use of time restrictions - for trailer schedules, ensure proper PPE usage and
