 Applied lean strategies by incorporating cell design allowing just-in-time supply chain management,
increasing production 200%. Engine augmentor monthly production rose from 3 to 11 enabling F101 fleet
to reach a record 22 spare war ready engines.
 Analyzed Quality Assurance reports and implemented a part processing area that increased available work
space by 20% and totally eliminated supply turn-in discrepancies.
