Executive Positions
1. Certified Power Planet Engineer, Proficiency skill level (7)– (2000-2010)
Evaluate, Plane and Control Maintenance for different types of A/Cs
engine (General Electric F110-GE100 training, Safran ATAR 09C, Pratt & Whitney
Canada PT6A-25C & Honeywell TFE731-2A-2A).
Implement maintenance checks as per manuals & instructions including both components lifetime estimation and spare parts needs plan.
Develop engine life cycle (Quality–Cost–Time-Scope) management plans based upon the general regulations of airworthiness requirements and including
costs cut plans.
Supervise recording all operating data (hours, cycles and starting) into the logbook and develop statistical reports.
Provide fault-isolation and troubleshooting of the different anomalies and malfunctions of engine systems.
Monitor the health condition of the engines either digitally by (DECHM) or analog by analysis of the operation data.
Make rounding cycle to the serviceable short stored engines to assure that all stored engine accessories are cycled.
Failure analysis for different components, provide a suitable solution either by replacement, repair, leasing or modification.
Implement gas path analysis and its associated compressor cleaning wash periodically to avoid gas path deterioration.
Do spectrometric oil analysis SOAP and oil consumption.
Develop a Failure/Defect Report or report of discrepancy (ROD) for unserviceable parts.
Develop an action paper to any anomaly faced and raise it to the Aviation Engineers Department via the commander.
Control spare parts ordering internally or externally and monitor the delivery cycle status.
Do Non-destructive testing using either dye penetrant, eddy current, or ultrasonic echo.
Do borescope inspection for internal compressor blades and/or turbine blades.
Maintenance rework for any defected turbine blade up to permissible limits.
Engine ground run-up and performance test either On-wing or On Test-Rig.
Participate in test rigs calibration done by higher authority.
Participate as a member of the EAF committee responsible for reviewing, negotiation contracts of (ATAR 09C & PT6A-25C) with AOI/ Engine Factory.
Participate as a member of the EAF committee in PRM-Program Review Meeting with the OEM companies for the related Engines.
Analysis of certain types of GTE components by CAE using FEM and post-processing (NASTRAN), Provide necessary modifications to ascertain the
safe operation of GTE as per ATA specifications by both 2D/3D AUTOCAD, SOLID EDGE, SOLIDWORKS.
Project manager for establishing a Sealing Item Partial Overhaul line for ATAR 09C engine accessories “SIPO” with the available capabilities.
Develop a technical modification for the ATAR test cell to incorporate measuring temperature of the intermediate bearing of the engine.

2. Chief executive of Quality Assurance section (2010-2011)
Lead group of internal quality auditors and inspectors to maintain all quality processes are met by following organization (Flying wing in Air Force
Academy) vision, mission and policy.
Review and supervise the quality management plans for all processes either operation or maintenance for (A/Cs
, Engines, Equipments)
Set the organization’s quality objectives and its periodicity, achievement plan.
Participate in developing a Risk management plan and its response with HSE section.
Participate in Quality Assurance programs and Internal Auditing including programs for HSE.
Use benchmarking and brainstorming to gather any necessary data to use in any needed representation developed by the Chief Engineer.
Act as a focal point for external and internal customer quality and compliance requirements and issues.
Ensure an organized approach to document control including issuing, tracking, and archiving duties and ensuring timely revisions.
Set Key Performance Indicators”KPI” in which all aspects are referred to and noticed them in the Quality Manual.
Set all quality templates and records such as check sheets, checklists, traceability matrix, lesson learned, change request records and others.
Evaluate the daily/ half monthly and monthly reports rose from the auditors and inspectors and set a shortlist the points to be focused prior.
Set all quality procedures and programs in which all quality processes will act upon, ensure that all other sections are aware of those procedures
/programs and they act according to them.
Participate in organization preparation for any external audit or competition, preparing all records and data side by side with Maintenance control section.
Do quality checks and auditing according to the predetermined auditing review plans.
Maintain effective communication, professional relationships with all regulatory, legislative and certification parties on matters concerning compliance.
Set the monthly report of the quality assurance section and raise it to the chief engineer to pass it to the Aviation Engineers Department.
Work cooperatively with other quality sections (HSE, Documentary, and Modifications) to overcome the shortage of human resources.
Follow up of ISO 9001 standard and its editions and participate in any meeting regards the transition from one edition to the higher one.
Study, analyze, design, and perform technical modifications at different maintenance levels including integrated kit proof as a part of the Modification
section team.
Participate in all A/Cs
maintenance programs (SLEP-MPI-RPI…..etc.) auditing.
3. Chief Maintenance for K-8 Squadron (2011-2013)
Project manager for site preparation and receiving a fleet of 20 A/Cs
and make them ready for flight.
Assure daily (pre- between- post) flight inspection operations for the fleet.
Assure periodic and unscheduled inspections for the fleet during Day & Night sorties.
Confirm all logistics transfer to/from the warehouse locations.
Provide regular reports of spare parts request needed for the fleet to aircraft program manager.
Assure all Quality, Planning, HR & Training activities to be performed accurately.
Participate in pilot’s preflight briefing and set suitable rules of engagement for each A/C.

Discuss any up-normal issue regards the spare parts RTR/RFR in the PRM (Program Review Meeting) with several aircraft companies manufacturers
such (Boeing-Airbus-Dassault aviation- Catic).
Participate in the programs manager meeting for brainstorming to arrange the priorities of the delivery status using the Nominal Group Technique, Trend
analysis, and Forecast analysis.

1. Apply Non-Destructive Testing NDT techniques (Ultrasonic, Dye penetrant, and eddy current) for different gas turbine engine parts.
2. Analyze, evaluate and develop hydraulic circuit and maintenance for different hydraulic components.
3. Participate in airframe structure overhaul for EAF- Embraer Tucano fleet.
4. Participate in water pump selection, supplying and installation for both residential and irrigation wells.
5. Participate in an engineering team responsible for restore and upgrade of flight simulator in Air Force Academy.
