ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Project Management Faced with significant budgetary constraints, directed
simulator Integrated Product Team to reduce overhead

directly benefited Foreign Military Sales program.
Data Analysis Evaluation of training and readiness required to
determine ROI. Managed revolutionary project to
evaluate capability of simulators. Analysis became the
blueprint for Naval Aviation Enterprise and safely
reduced fuel costs by over $1.0 million/year.
Quality Control Mounting number of discrepancies with trainers was
impacting training. Led Integrated Product Team (IPT)
during acceptance of over 10 trainers. Wrote test plans
that resulted in 50% reduction of system discrepancies
at delivery and optimal system architecture quality.
Cost/Benefit Analysis Contract costs for various discrepancy report fixes were
escalating. Established goal of reducing existing
discrepancies by 25% for worldwide family of trainers.
Led several fleet discrepancy reviews and conferences,
surpassed goal by 25% while phasing out older trainers.
Supervision Due to lower than normal pilot production, developed
new grading criteria and courseware. Led five
government civilians and 100 contractors in master
syllabus revision, increased student throughput by 5%.
Simulation Programs Increased fuel prices necessitated master syllabus
revision for fighter tactics. Worked to improve fidelity of
flight simulators and improve threat entity scenarios
while reducing the number of flight events, resulting in
annual pilot production savings of over $500,000.

Project Manager | Air Operations, Naval Air Forces Pacific 2015–Present
Direct subordinate commands with respect to asset employment, risk
management and fiscal accountability to align Naval Air Forces in the Pacific
with Chief of Naval Operations guidance for outreach events and Continental
U.S. air operations west of the Mississippi River. Coordinate flyovers for major
sporting events, memorial/funeral services and various Navy functions and
historical observances. Schedule training and execution events for F/A-18
Tactical Demonstration Team. Oversee scheduling and standardization of Air
Power demonstrations from aircraft carrier.
Principal Advisor | Air Operations, USS RONALD REAGAN 2013-2015
Advise CVN-76 Commanding Officer and Operations Officer on operational risk
management and hazard mitigation related to night and instrument air traffic
control operations for one of the twelve USN aircraft carriers. As the primary
Air Watch Officer, ensure 36 sailors and four naval officers effectively operate
the Carrier Air Traffic Control Center and Air Transfer Office.

assets. Manage and disseminate deployment plans for all Pacific Fleet aviation

Liaise with senior leaders on behalf of Seventh Fleet Commander home ported
in Yokosuka, Japan. Schedule training and exercises for U.S. naval forces

Conduct initial integration and statement of work development for civilian
contractors working on IPT. Develop standards of fidelity required for training
and readiness to guide the efforts of the IPT. Global networking and
requirements conference chairman for Contracting Officer Representatives
(COR) and fleet Subject Matter Experts (SME). Integrate the Navy flight test
community in simulator testing to bring about revolutionary improvements in
fidelity and lay the groundwork for long-term improvements in requirements,

solution for forward deployed naval forces and the Navy flight test community;
