2. Sequence of Operation for a Single
Element Solar Water Heater
1. Solar collectors will collect solar
radiation and convert to heat.

3. 2. Collected solar heat is pumped by the
solar pump station to the Solar
Tank (Calorifier).

4. 3. The Heat is transferred through a serpentine heat
exchanger coil to the domestic water inside the
calorifier.

5. 4. Electrical Element will heat the water inside the
tank to the set temperature. Once reached the
required temperature, heating will automatically
cut off by the built-in thermostat

6. 5. Heat from Solar Collectors, Heat of water inside
the tank will be controlled by the solar controller
& Connected sensors.
