Executive Summary
The Next Gen Program gave me great exposure to the different products, services and technologies offered within
NOV divisions and how these are linked to different processes, work methodologies and management styles. This
variability among groups contributed to my professional formation as I had to identify which of my technical and
professional skills were better suited to fulfill their performance expectations in each case; both a committed
attitude and good communication skills came to converge in all my rotations to make me feel part of the team. I
will always value the knowledge I acquired and how my suggestions for process improvement were embraced at
various management levels. I consider myself an element aligned to NOV’s vision and work culture, therefore the
offering of solutions will be the cornerstone of any permanent role I achieve within the company.
