Basic Functions ( SPC )
Prepares SPC plan, datasheets,templates,Real Time SPC parameter settings,and all other items that may
be required to ensure effective implementation of SPC.
Prepares work schedule & work breakdown structure of the assigned SPC team and ensures that the team’s
objectives and targets are met.
Prepares Weekly and Monthly SPC report for the parameters required by the customer or determined
internally for process improvement.
