2. Plan, organize and direct the Operations and Maintenance for all Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation
maintenance and as well as all process related tasks associated with contracts, stands as advisor to General
Manager on Operation and Maintenance issues
Supervise maintenance staff by determining workloads and schedules, developing, interpreting and
implementing policies and procedures, evaluating staff and made hiring and termination recommendations
