It has been my privilege to work with Deanna D. Dungan on a wide variety of projects.
She has always shown herself to be very capable, intelligent and a good communicator.
We have been involved in the design and installation of a small restaurant in downtown Tampa,
the creation of a master plan and presentation documents for a 400+ acre subdivision in eastern
Hillsborough County. She has consulted with us as a project manager an d made public
appearances for several re-zoning cases. While working on an international economic
development project she was very valuable in coordinating communication and contacts with the
Florida based office of a very large NGO. The staff at that office, as well as at City of Tampa
Land Development have all commented to me how personable and professional Deanna has
handled her work with them.
