It is my pleasure to write this letter of recommendation for Shea Kennedy. Shea was employed by
Weyerhaeuser from October 31, 2013 to February 20, 2015. Unfortunately as part of restructuring
and downsizing at Weyerhaeuser, Shea’s position as an Administrative Assistant III was eliminated
due to a reduction in force.
Shea can effectively work on local projects, or projects out of state. Part of her role required Shea to
work with associates outside her local market and office location, some of which she never met face
to face. She can effectively communicate via phone, or email to obtain any needed information. I
could always count on Shea to get her assigned tasks completed on time, or effectively communicate
why additional time was required to complete a task.
Shea was always a very professional, honest and ethical associate. She put in the extra time to
complete projects that she committed to, or would help her fellow associates when needed. She
was a great example of what a team player is all about. Our organization will miss Shea and her
ability to adapt to the ever changing environment that we work in.
At a personal level, Shea was well liked by her fellow associates and has a pleasant personality that
would work well in any work environment.
