develop and maintain a high level of creativity. In this workshop thought processes are stimulated
intelligently, restructuring the concepts that are generated. This workshop helps a lot in getting a
better performance among the staff.

Conscious Death Process
This practical workshop was designed and organized at the request of Legion of Cancer Fight of the
city of Tarija in Bolivia and delivered several times even in Argentina. The purpose of the course is to
help people lose their fear of death, the transition process in which people die and get ready to start
another life experience. Beneficiaries learn meditation techniques to facilitate this death process.
Truly, a very useful workshop for everyone.

Conscious Creation
This workshop was designed and delivered in several countries focused on rethinking different
beliefs, cultural traits and ways of thinking that hinder the achievement of objectives and goals in life
at a professional level and/or at a personal level, with family and with oneself. This course provides a
positive approach to each one of us. To date, this course has been very successful because of the
great results participants achieve after the workshop.

This workshop was designed and delivered several times to support organizational development
consultancies in several countries. In addition this course helped in training staff in the Human
Resources area. This course introduces participants in a continuous and dynamic personal

During the consultancy services at AFS, redesigned and organized diverse workshops on
developing intercultural skills aiming school teachers, staff and volunteers in the Philippines
(Schools). These courses were then adopted and delivered afterwards by the staff members and
volunteers according to local culture and specific conditions in the Philippines.

There were created and organized several courses for ISO 9000 standards including auditing course
for internal auditors in order to support the implementation of this quality standards in organizations
from 3 countries Bolivia, India and the Philippines to which we obtained the international quality
certification ISO 9001.

Éthics and Corporate Social Responsibility
During the consulting services on organizational development for AFS in Bolivia, India and
Philippines we were dealing with volunteers which required a clear understanding of ethics and

reflected in the daily activities.

Fundraising for Non Profit Organizations
This great workshop was designed and organized using the constructivist model and case studies in
response to the need for clear guidelines and best practices for fundraising. Several international
donors where having too many non-qualifying applicants due to lack of expertise on how to prepare
projects and fundraising applications. Many people and institutions were benefited with this
workshop, especially in Bolivia.

Social Leadership
While doing a startup consultancy in India, the US Embassy requested to design and deliver the first
leadership workshop in West Asia aiming 48 young Muslims students from Pakistan, Uzbekistan,
Tajikistan, Bangladesh, India and Afghanistan. It was focused on building awareness of democratic
life and leadership through service in their local communities.

Teachers Training Course (TTC)
It was designed and organized a 3 days Teacher Trainer workshop for volunteers from 9 different
cities in India for intercultural education workshops to youth at colleges, universities and community
service programs. This workshop helped to ensure good quality service in all cities as well as better
performance when working for the organization doing any activity.

Intercultural Education Workshops
Over 10 different workshops were redesigned and organized for developing intercultural skills for
staff, board members, volunteers and participants from diverse intercultural education programs
(school, university and community service). These courses were standardized and delivered by
volunteers several times in different cities of Bolivia and India every year.

This course was designed and delivered mainly for business managers using case studies and the
constructivist educational reviewing the process of strategic planning applied to various types of
organizations. This workshop was very good due to the sharing of experiences among participants
and a good networking environment.
