HCCA conducts the following evaluation methodol-
ogies to ensure learning takes place during the train-
ing program in addition to transferring this learning
to the workplace:
Level 1 evaluation:
Participant satisfaction of the training program mea-
sured upon submitting the participants an end of 1st
level assessment form.
Level 2 evaluation:
Level of learning: On the knowledge part, partic-
ipants are continuously asked questions to assess
the amount of learning acquired. On the practical
part, participants are expected to engage in practical
activities during the input sessions to ensure acquisi-
tion of skills; hence feedback is optained.
Level (3) evaluation:
Measuring the training effectiveness results is done
through a field survey undertaken by HCCA’s Train-
ing team, three months after the training delivery.
This is done upon Client request, through HCCA’s
assessment tools to ensure the effective implementa-
tion of knowledge acquired during HCCA’s pro-
grams back at the workplace.
14
Experiential Learning

ulate work situations allowing mistakes made to be turned into

Maximizing concepts retention by offering an active experiential experience.
Minimizing the gap between concepts and application through engaging ac-
tivities, the participants can easily link to their day-to-day office routine.

More than 45 years back, LMI was founded by Paul J. Meyer to
help individuals & organizations develop expertise in setting and
reaching personal and business goals, with materials produced in
23 languages and marketed in more than 70 countries worldwide.
Egypt Master Licensee
Mr. Mohamed Soliman signed LMI’s Master License Agree-
ment with Mr. Merlyn Beeman (LMI’s Vice President) on the
25th of May 2010, in a launch ceremony in one of Egypt’s larg-
est hotels, with the attendance of Egyptian business leaders, an-
nouncing the launch of LME –Leadership Management Egypt.

We know that long seminars and lengthy
lectures don’t work. So what we do is dif-
ferent. We offer short, action-oriented ses-
sions held on a regular basis. And we do
it at your workplace – eliminating costly
travel expenses and major down-time for
your staff.
We’ve learned that our process works best
when applied on-site with small groups. We
utilize time-proven and experience-tested
principles. Team dynamics, spaced repeti-
tion, and immediate application are keys to
success.
We meet with you to determine exactly
what you want to accomplish. Our process
focuses on what’s important to you – not
on what some “guru” or a new “manage-
ment fad” says is important. Your goals
become the driving force behind our re-
sults-centered process.

Level 2 evaluation: Level of learning: On the knowledge part, partic- ipants are continuously asked questions to assess the amount of learning acquired. On the practical part, participants are expected to engage in practical activities during the input sessions to ensure acquisi- tion of skills; hence feedback is optained. Level (3) evaluation: Measuring the training effectiveness results is done through a field survey undertaken by HCCA’s Train- ing team, three months after the training delivery. This is done upon Client request, through HCCA’s assessment tools to ensure the effective implementa- tion of knowledge acquired during HCCA’s pro- grams back at the workplace.

  • 18. 18 We know that long seminars and lengthy lectures don’t work. So what we do is dif- ferent. We offer short, action-oriented ses- sions held on a regular basis. And we do it at your workplace – eliminating costly travel expenses and major down-time for your staff. We’ve learned that our process works best when applied on-site with small groups. We utilize time-proven and experience-tested principles. Team dynamics, spaced repeti- tion, and immediate application are keys to success. We meet with you to determine exactly what you want to accomplish. Our process focuses on what’s important to you – not on what some “guru” or a new “manage- ment fad” says is important. Your goals become the driving force behind our re- sults-centered process.
