Tailor Made Programs Tailor-made trainings are designed to cater for specific needs of individual clients and organizations. These symposiums provide for the exchange of current knowledge, resources and best practices from around the world that are relevant to strengthening human resource and institutional capacities for sustainable development. The principal aim is to provide a platform for management practitioners to share experiences and best practices in the management of organizations. They bring together a wide audience of management practitioners, policy and decision makers and other stakeholders, including development partners and academicians, to collaboratively deliberate on defined topics. Study Tours ACADRI organizes and co-ordinates study tours for both public and private organisations. The underlying objective of such study visits is for our participants to network, share experiences and benchmark best practices from the visited institutions or people. Research ACADRI research initiatives aim at developing and sharing research knowledge with the public and policy makers so that they can make rational informed decisions on vital policy issues, government programs, environment, healthcare, crime and public infrastructure. We do this by bringing together an interdisciplinary research team and employing robust statistical analysis.
