progressively responsible experience in administrative roles. In this time I have been a

Logo designs for craft beer industry (breweries, pubs, growlers, etc.) as well as social media
marketing through Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube videos. Email template
design, video editing, product photography and touch-ups. Daily use of Adobe Illustrator,
Photoshop, Indesign, Excel. Also maintained relationships with clients through phone
interviews, reviewed document drafts for appropriate grammatical usage, maintained filing
and was main point of contact for the company. Organized and staffed promotional events.

Document Control/Project Admin
Performed a broad range oftasks for electricalsubcontractorat Intel’s Ronler Acres campus.
Collected, maintained and distributed all project specification-related documents.
Scheduled and presented weekly kickoff meetings, including room setup and audio -visual
use. Provided administrative support to the field staff. Daily use of Microsoft Office,
Viewpoint, MS Project, Adobe Acrobat.

Coordinated workflow for medium sized CPA firm. Prepared financial statements and other
tax documents in tandem with partners and staff accountants. Front desk reception, office
management, tax filings, report binding, equipment maintenance and filing. Organized
weekly staff meetings, including taking minutes, handling catering and supply ordering.
Maintained weekly calendar and appointment scheduling for the Firm’s Chief Partner
through Outlook. Supervised and delegated work to administrative assistant and filing
clerk. Daily use of MS Office, Adobe Acrobat Pro, proprietary tax software.

Collected, maintained and distributed project specifications, as-built drawings, submittals
and RFIs. Utilized Sharepoint team site to organize and edit documents. Created
presentation documents with Powerpoint, MS Movie. Completed all Operations &
Maintenance manuals for the project. Also assisted project manager and engineers with
clerical duties, travel arrangements and procurement. Daily use of MS Office, Adobe
Acrobat Pro, Sharepoint.

Team Manager/Head Coach
As a head coach and team manager for youth soccer teams, I have the responsibilities of
setting and managing team budgets, travel and expenses, maintaining a constant flow of
information to team parents and officials and fostering communicative relationships with
club officials, tournament directors, and cooperating with other team managers to
borrow/lend/transfer players. Daily use of Teamsnap, Google Docs, Affinity, phone calls and
e-mails.
