How do you turn a challenge into an opportunity?
A. Once I understand the challenge (barriers, history, impact
and issues) I make an assessment of the options to determine the
goal and benefits of the preferred outcome. Planning is a key
element that assigns the right resources and uncovers additional
challenges and opportunities. Throughout execution change is
inevitable highlighting the need to control scope and negotiate
trade-offs.
