Overview Before joining Deloitte, I ran a consulting business for 13 years, with a track record in the
public sector, ICT, Retail, Finance and Investment. My focus and expertise are in the
areas of high performance teams, re-organising human capital for optimum utilisation
and consistent results, managing change and diversity in increased automation and
modernisation environments and assisting managers in managing their organisations
as responsible businesses, with their people as key leverage. I lectured at Wits Business
School, PDM for 3,5 years and consulted to many of the management participants at
their respective organisations, I was hired as a Director for Independent Mediation
Services of South Africa and contributed to the design and development of many
alternative dispute resolutions interventions and as lead mediator in transformation
initiatives. The alternative resolution work lead to collaborations with US and European
organisations where I was invited to share expertise.
I am currently heading up the Samsung Launching People Mixed Talents Campaign
as an expert in people strategy, as an entrepreneur coach, and in designing the
technology solution for the unemployment solution we created, and which I facilitated.
