• Effectively change safety culture in workforce from 3.5-RIFR to 0-RIFR in 5 months and
extended for 2.5 years and 840,000 man-hours
• Successfully managed plant turnarounds from inception through planning, scheduling and
execution including many, many emergency shutdowns using CASP and Primavera
software tools
• Implementation and commissioning of entire mechanical maintenance program
including shops, piping, vessels, rotating equipment, and personnel from inception,
purchase of equipment/spares, EH&S development, work planning and execution
processes and QC procedures
• Developed implemented and maintained world class maintenance processes from
company inception through to creating, refining and enhancing predictive and
preventative maintenance systems, planning and scheduling processes and work

• Established and integrated mechanical transition plan from construction of $1 billion
construction site to fully operational world’s largest single train nitrogen fertilizer plant

• Participated in and coordinated two plant expansions (+$200 million) from construction
