Hired as FOH leader for the opening of a new, 4 star steak house. Responsibilities included pre-
employment screening and training of all new FOH employees. I also organized and executed
on and off-site banquet/catering events including business presentations, wedding dinners,
school proms, etc. I also designed and created new menus during the third year of operations.

Recruited as manager for a new, Sports Bar Restaurant. Responsibilities included all
operations for the restaurant, including the hiring of 40 team members. Also established the
service standards and menu presentation, and established cost and inventory controls.

• Supervised installation of all kitchen and bar equipment prior to opening
• Interviewed and hired all staff for the restaurant
• Established and coached presentation standards for all menu items during pre-opening

Previous History
Between the years of 1983-2007 I have held several positions in companies including the Back
Bay Restaurant Group out of Boston, Massachusetts, The Lyceum Bar and Grill and the
Nathaniel Hawthorne Hotel out of Salem, Massachusetts.
I also held positions at the Wing Point Golf and Country Club and the Pleasant Beach Bistro,
both on Bainbridge Island near Seattle, Washington.
