Between the years of 1983-2007 I have held several positions in companies including the Back
Bay Restaurant Group out of Boston, Massachusetts, The Lyceum Bar and Grill and the
Nathaniel Hawthorne Hotel out of Salem, Massachusetts.
I also held positions at the Wing Point Golf and Country Club and the Pleasant Beach Bistro,
both on Bainbridge Island near Seattle, Washington.
