Have performed all relevant duties as FOH, BOH and bar manager. I have been assigned full time to 3
different locations in the District as needed. Have been directly responsible for all operations involving
FOH and BOH. From marketing and outside sales and fund raising events, all training process' and
administrative duties. Such as scheduling, labor control and forecasting. Currently am the kitchen
manager at the William Cannon location in south Austin. Directly responsible for food cost and inventory
