InternationalExaminations company for Cambridge University. Cambridge Assessment processes over seven million
English exam candidates per year spread over three different exam boards.My role included:
· Admin duties within a team focused on Young Learner English international exams from all over the world.
· Daily tasks included: Collation of data from international examinations centres, trouble-shooting and providing support
via email to two independent exam marking hubs in Spain and Italy.
· Managing a team of exam mark data inputters (up to 16 people depending on the time of year) and motivating,
monitoring performance to meet an agreed SLA (Service Level Agreement).Inducting and training newemployees on
all aspects of the data inputting role.

· Daily/weekly analysis of individual and team performance to observe areas of improvement and to reward excellence.
· Working as a team to process over half a million young learner’s (YLE) exam papers every year, advising and helping to
streamline and improve a complex administration system.
· 2015 nominated for a nationalcustomer service award for timely and effective support.Select temporary employer of
the month June 2015.
· Maintaining of spreadsheets with daily/weekly totals from a marking team of 50 people to monitor performance and
provide budget information.
IT SKILLS
SAP- Integralto the job- using various applications to correct mistakes, input missing exam information, identify

In my spare time I enjoy portrait photography and have my own studio equipment.I have completed severalpaid
portrait jobs including a fashion shoot for an online clothing company, a charity Golf day taking shots of Golfers in action
and selling them to support the charity, private portrait jobs for families and pets.
I have a full, clean driving license and I am experienced in driving in the UK and Europe.
I also completed a Personal Development course which focused on Interpersonalskills, customer service techniques,
effective time management and prioritization skills.
